- Some of these are free to use. You will normally have to register to use free services.
- Others are subscription services.
- Some of the subscription services are made available by subscribers for those searching for funding within a local area.

NCVO, with help from J4B, now offer access to a database of current funding opportunities under a Government contract through Funding Central.

GRANTnet - for those outside West Yorkshire

GRANTnet is a free to use funding search site provided by the market-leading grants database, GRANTfinder This site contains the most comprehensive and up-to-date database of grants, loans and other initiatives operating in the UK. Currently it holds details on over 6,000 initiatives, including European Commission grants, UK Government grants, local government grants and grants provided by corporate sponsors and charitable trusts.
Government Funding
You can use this online service to search for funding from various Government departments and Regional Government Offices.
Government funding for this service has now been withdrawn and there may be charges for this service.
Lottery Funding
You can use this online service to search for funding from all the Lottery Good Causes.
Green Grants Machine
Green Grants Machine are the UK\'s most comprehensive source of information on grants, loans and awards available to help your business go green and save on energy bills.

GrantFinder subscribers offer an extended GrantNet service to those who register within their area. When you register you will be able to be referred to your local GRANTFinder subscriber.

FunderFinder sells software including a searchable database of ongoing funding from Trusts and Foundations. Contact them to find out if there is an agency offering public access to this database in your area. They also offer some free downloadable software to help with applications to funders.
