Training charges for individuals
fit4funding, mindful of the funding position of organisations in the sector, attempts to make all training accessible and affordable. For individuals, day charges rarely exceed £70 although there may be additional accreditation costs.
Some CVS organisations or consortia are able to offer our training at subsidised rates depending on where your organisation is based. Details are given in our training programme.
Bought in training charges
If you would like to buy in our training for your CVS, consortia or organization the costs below are based on delivery of our standard training. Tailored courses can be provided by arrangement with costs depending on the additional work required, number of learners and location.
Unaccredited training
- 3 hour course (half day) - £250
- 6 hour course (full day) - £400
Nb Courses in West Yorkshire sometimes receive subsidy. We also charge for expenses
Accredited training
- Face to face 4 day courses £3,600 (up to 8 learners) £5,400 (up to 16 learners)
- Face to face 1 day course £1,700 (up to 8 learners) £2,300 (up to 16 learners)
- E-learning 8 week course @ 4 hours per week £395 per learner (VCS organisation), £495 per learner (statutory sector)
- Blended courses 2 days face to face and 4 days e-learning £3,000 (up to 10 learners), £4,200 (up to 16 learners)
Costs include:
- Preparation and teaching time for 1/2 trainers
- Development and production of all training materials
- Course evaluation
Costs do not include:
- Publicity
- Taking bookings
- Learner support needs
- Liaison with fit4funding about requirements
- Organising and providing venue and refreshments
- Travel and accommodations costs for trainers
